I started working with Sara about 3 years ago. I had a solid practice for a solo doctor. I had 3 staff, I saw around 25 NP per month and had a nice balance of wellness visits and active treatment visits. My goal was to create a practice that could support multiple doctors. I loved the idea of having more availability for our community. I did not have the time to commit to marketing myself. I created a practice representative position with the help of Integrity management. The challenge was finding the right person. After 3 years of creating the position I had 5 different hires that didn’t work out. It seemed they lacked passion, or the work ethic required to succeed. I hired Sara and I could tell she was different immediately. She hit the NP goal in the first month she took the position. That is very rare as the goal is to hit this goal in month 3. She has hit or come close to hitting this goal every month for almost 3 years. She has amazing energy, work ethic, and passion for chiropractic, for our practice, and for our community. She is willing to do whatever it takes to help as many people as she can. She dreams big and will not be denied. The practice has been changed with her on the team. We now have 3 doctors and 10 staff. We are helping so many more people and we are making such a larger impact in our community and for the profession. I am so proud of her for what she has already accomplished and for dreaming big and wanting to help the chiropractic profession in reaching its full potential. She has an excellent understanding of people and how to motivate them and grow them into becoming the best version of themselves. It’s not cookie cutter, she meets people where they are at and helps them become the best they can be.

I have enjoyed working with Sara so much. She has helped me to grow as a leader and a person. I thank God for bringing her into my life.
